01Who we are

Infinify Inc. (“Infinify”, “we”, “us”) is a design studio at 42 Rue des Lumières, 75011 Paris, France, reachable at admin@infinify.eu.

02Our services

We provide premium design and engineering services for B2B companies and startups, including website design and development, AI-driven visual and video production, and SaaS product design. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are defined in the proposal or statement of work we agree with you; prices listed on the site are starting points, not quotes.

03Proposals & payment

• An engagement begins when you accept our proposal in writing and pay any agreed deposit.
• Invoices are due within the period stated on them; unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes.
• We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice, and late payments may accrue interest as permitted by French law.

04Your responsibilities

• Provide the materials, feedback, and approvals we need to do the work, within the timelines we agree.
• Make sure you own — or have the rights to use — any content, branding, or assets you supply to us.
• Understand that delays on your side may shift the project timeline accordingly.

05Intellectual property

• Once an engagement is paid in full, the final deliverables belong to you.
• We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, components, and know-how, and grant you the license you need to use them as part of the deliverables.
• Third-party assets — fonts, stock media, plugins, platforms — remain governed by their own licenses.

06Portfolio rights

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may showcase completed, non-confidential work — including your name and logo — in our portfolio, on our website, and on social media.

07AI-generated content

Some deliverables, particularly in AI Production, are created with the help of third-party AI tools. We choose tools and workflows carefully, but the legal status of purely AI-generated material — including the scope of copyright protection — varies by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring your intended use complies with the laws and platform terms that apply to you.

08Revisions & acceptance

Each engagement includes the revision rounds set out in its proposal. Deliverables are considered accepted when you approve them in writing, or when fourteen days pass after delivery without written objections — whichever comes first.

09Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

10Warranties & disclaimers

We provide services with professional skill and care. Beyond that, the site and services are provided “as is”: we don't guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, conversion rates, or revenue, and we're not responsible for third-party platforms or services we don't control.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, revenue, or data — and our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal. If you terminate early, you pay for the work completed up to the termination date. Sections of these Terms that are meant to survive — including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

13Using the website

You agree not to misuse infinify.eu — including scraping it, attempting to breach its security, or infringing the rights of others. The content of the site itself — its design, text, graphics, and code — belongs to Infinify and may not be reproduced without permission.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, and any dispute we cannot resolve amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continuing to use the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
