Oscar leads creative direction, Benjamin leads engineering, and behind them stands an in-house team of designers, developers, motion artists, and AI specialists assembled over years of selection. Every project is staffed with the right people for the work, and the founders stay personally involved from kickoff to delivery.

How long does a project take?

It depends entirely on the scope and complexity of what we're building. We move as fast as quality allows, never faster. Once we've scoped your project together, you'll get a precise timeline and we'll hit it.

Do you use AI in the design process?

Accepted Answer

No. Every design and every line of code is created by humans. We don't use AI to generate logos, layouts, interfaces, or production code. The only exception is our Motion service, where AI-generated imagery and video are part of the explicit offering, and clients choose that workflow knowingly.

How many revisions are included?

Unlimited, until you're genuinely happy. We don't cap iteration cycles or charge per revision round. Our process converges quickly through structured feedback, but if a direction needs to evolve, we evolve with it.

How does payment work?

We structure payment phase by phase, designed around what works best for you. Every engagement is split into milestones that protect your cash flow and keep momentum on the project. We adapt to your reality, not the other way around.

Do I own everything you create?

Yes. Full ownership of all final deliverables transfers to you on final payment. That includes source files, design systems, brand assets, and source code. No licensing fees, no usage restrictions, no ongoing dependencies.

Can you sign an NDA?

Absolutely. Send us yours and we'll sign it before our first working session. For sensitive product and pre-launch work, confidentiality is the baseline.

Where are you based and who do you work with?

We operate worldwide. Our team is distributed across multiple time zones, and we partner with founders and companies across Europe, North America, and Asia. English is our working language by default, and live sessions are scheduled around your hours.

We stay with you for life. Most of our clients continue working with us long after the initial engagement, whether for evolutions, new features, brand extensions, or campaign work. Once you're with Infinify, you're with us as long as you need us.

What if we're not the right fit?

Every engagement is governed by a clear contract that protects both sides. If for any reason we can't continue together, you're refunded for the work not yet delivered. No grey zones, no disputes, no risk to your investment.
